What you want is someone with a medical and psychiatric degree and a
licence to practice medicine, an interest in the hypocratic oath is
good, and no dogmatic attitudes, preferably existential.

I feel like I am being attacked on a regular basis by spies, their
tools, and so on with behaviour modification techniques, that's what
